• Prior authorization required for all returns.
• Site Quotes Estimated shipping only. It may be wrong. You will be charged actual ups rates for the package (s). This is due to the fact that many products on the site are oversize or can be shipped in different combinations affecting the dimensional weight. For Overseas Orders we pass on current rate discounts we can negotiate with UPS.
• No returns after 15 days.
• Inspect all the items when you recieve them. No order claims may made after 1 week
• Electrical/Electronic items are not returnable.
• No returns without copy of original receipt.
• No core returns accepeted after 30 days unless special arrangements are made ahead of time.
• Customer pays return shipping.
• Customer pays ALL Shipping related charges. This includes Address Correction, Missing Apt numbers etc. Double check your address.
• All returns subject to a minimum $5.00 handling/restocking fee. Must be in original condition / packing etc.
• Our liability for damaged or defective products Taliaferro manufactures is only the replacement and shipping value of that part, NOT the labor, towing, or any other consequential costs associated with said damage or defect.
• Products from other manufacturers (Ex Saab, Koni, Spec) are covered under their warranty. We will assist if needed.
• We will reimburse the cost of shipping only when we have shipped a damaged or defective part, or sent you the wrong part. (This only applies to US shipments, Those overseas will be responsible for shipping charges.
• We reserve the right to decline any returns.
• Some items may be special order. If this is time critical please contact by e-mail to confirm stock.
• No warranty on parts installed on modified vehicles,racing or other use outside that intended by the manufacturer.
• Shipping damage must be claimed to freight company.
