• All parts are new genuine Saab unless otherwise specified.
• No returns without receipt.
• No returns after 15 days.
• Electrical items are not returnable.
• Customer pays return shipping.
• All returns subject to restocking fee.
• Our liability for damaged or defective products is only the replacement and shipping value of that part, NOT the labor, towing, or any other consequential costs associated with said damage or defect.
• We will reimburse the cost of shipping only when we have shipped a damaged or defective part, or sent you the wrong part.
• We reserve the right to decline any returns.
• Some items may be special order. If this is time critical please contact by e-mail to confirm stock.
